I have arrived!!!!

Three years ago I never thought that my heart would be touched by anything except America.  I also told God that I would never leave the United States or step foot in a prison again.  Well about a year after I made this declaration to God I was speaking in a women’s prison in Cebu City, Philippines.  What I learned was, never say never to the Lord Almighty!  Instead I have been saying yes Lord yes Lord yes yes Lord!  I have found that His way is so much better then my way.  Even when I don’t understand it or it contradicts everything that I have been taught.

Luke 18:1-8 Talks about the power of day and night prayer.  In the City of Cebu a few people have started a house of prayer.  It is called the Cebu House of Prayer.  Their goal is to achieve 24/7 prayer.  I am praying about and seeking out a future with them.  My passion for outreaching to the lost is growing.  I feel that God is really growing me in this area.  On December 18, 2009 I am looking at making a visionary trip to Cebu to meet with the Cebu House of Prayer.  I feel God is calling me to spend a couple of months with them to help grow this vision and passion.

There is another part of my mission.  To continue a relationship with my girlfriend Janice(pictured above).  This was a blessing I never saw coming.  We have been dating over a year now and I hope one day to call her my wife!  She is Filipino and studying to be a nurse.

Please pray that God would reveal the members of this team, and that we would stay obedient to His calling.  Thank you so much!!

welcome to the world as seen through my eyes
